Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet says that “Château Faux-Coupe” sounds like “Annie seducing Prince on an afterparty that never runs out of liquor” (5/6).

Château Faux-Coupe

Last Friday we released the vinyl for my new album “Château Faux-Coupe” (yes, it´s a play on words…), and it is also available in WiMP for streaming. We digged deep into 70s fusion, Minneapolis funk and even som 90s hip hop on this one, and I had a lot of fun during the process! I was fortunate enough to have legendary Jimmy Douglass mix it, and we had had a great time in his Miami studio this summer. Hope you like it! You can get the vinyl at Oslo Records or at Platekompaniet, and stream it through WiMP. To be released on CD/iTunes/Spotify and so on on November 4th.
The vinyl comes with the 32 page book “MV” from Pål Laukli and Gary Swindell´s photo exhibition in Oslo last week!
